THE FORMAT / IN MOTION

Consider the book as a complete object.

Combine a rigid cover with an interior designed around your content. Hardcover projects need coordinated decisions on paper, page count, spine width and binding. From brand presentations to photo-led publications, the specification starts with how the book should look and feel in the reader's hands.

FAQ

Before you begin.

When can I finalise the spine artwork?

Confirm paper stock and page count first. These affect the book block and spine dimensions, so the final cover layout should follow the agreed specification.

Can I use different papers for the cover and interior?

Yes. Describe the desired cover texture and interior reading or image requirements separately so suitable combinations can be reviewed.

Can a ribbon marker be included?

A ribbon marker can be discussed as part of the binding specification. Share the preferred colour and placement for the sample review.
